No - I didn't play this year!
There seemed to be some confusion as to weather I was going to be allowed to play. Phil changed his mind back and forth a couple of times. I honestly don't think I could take the grueling 2-day (12 hours a day) schedule anyway.
My Son was in Columbia all weekend playing his best game (Budweiser) and I went to pick him up on Sunday and watched the finals.
It came down to Martin Schulte vs. Jerry Terbrock. Jerry won 6 to 2, I think. Jerry finally got into stroke and played very well. Glad to see him win it. Phil had me give Jerry the trophy as being last year’s winner.
They had a full field of 96 players and it was a very nice tournament.
