Yes.
There's a nice room on, I want to say, Francisco Madero, a few blocks from the beach. The pool tables are not so good but the 3C tables are. It opens around noon and is tough to see because of the trees and no signage. There's also an open air bar with a decent table, covered in red, I think, along Insurgentes.
