The Texas express website is no longer active. You'll have to get an archive copy of the rules. Go to web.archive.org and type in www.texasexpress.com in the box. Click on 2004 and you'll get a web page. There is a link for the rules. It takes a long time to load...

I believe

that Texas Express rules have given way to the WPA rules, although gamblers still refer to and use the Texas Express rules when gambling.
