I have to agree with you Harry that it does add class to see the scores posted on the brackets. But the truth is that most men are just too lazy or dumb to remember the scores when they report in to the TD. All they can remember is "I won".

As far as I know, Mike calls the TD every few hours to get the results. Must take up a lot of his time.

Hi Jake,

Sorry I got plenty to do but I was just in hang mode here to see if Karen and Julie beat any of the men on the Joss Tour. Robb Saez beat Karen in her first match and he in turn got beat by Tony Ruberto in the second round. Karen is on the one loss side waiting for a loser to play.

The A$$hole men in pool, like I said, don't know what the score is because they don't even send Mike the scores. I wonder if Karen's match with Saez was close I bet it was? Karen is a slow starter so you have to catch her in the early rounds.

Cheers,

Gremlin

I know this is the "impossible dream" but wouldn't it be nice if big tournaments had score keepers at every match? It would be so nice to have the exact scores of all the matches. They do this in the USPPA but it isn't an easy task. It does take a lot of cooperation from the players.

Taken from the azbilliards.com main page:
"On the one-loss side, Karen Corr has bounced back nicely from her 9-5 loss to Robb Saez in round one and has won three matches."

HI MOTOR MOUTH MENDOZA,

Your one of those A$$hole men who didn't know the score until Mike put it there. The brown Just For Men you use on your hair must be getting in your eyes when you are typing.

Cheers,

Gremlin

Who cares if anyone knows the scores? Seriously, is it that big of a deal?

Karen Corr out

Sorry to say but Karen was defeated again by the same guy, Robb Saez who is now playing Mika Immonen in the finals. The first match with Saez she lost 9 to 5. She beat Steve Tavernier and Tony Robles before she lost to Saez for the second time. Karen Corr came in 4th place. 99 players with $5000 added made for a big payday for Karen.

Just out of curiousity, have you been at any of the tournaments that I've been at lately, and if so, do you plan on attending any more any time soon? I'll definitely be in Sacramento and Reno this summer. I might pop in for the BCA tournament in Vegas, and I will most likely be at the US Open this year. I'd love to meet you. In fact, I'm only a hop-skip-and-a-jump from San Diego. Do you think you'll be at the WPBA tournament in S.D. in March? March just so happens to be a pretty open month for me, and I could probably swing a visit.
