Not really 5 but I start with 4 runouts + 10 ball clearance when I played against 10-ball Ghost earlier this year(azb 2016 pro rules - no BIH)...
Actually It is last ones against Ghost because tables are so poor state they are practically unplayable.. just a tad larger pockets than 4 inches and old slow cloths are brutal..

P.s I made positional error on rack 4 but executed nicely from there to continue packing
