1912 Brunswick Balke Collender

Hello!

I am trying to identify this table. There are no markings on the table itself but it comes with the cue holder from 1912. I’ve attempted to find comparable tables. AI guesses it to possibly be a Regina based on year and style. The legs seem to be unique to other tables I’ve seen and was hoping someone could help identify it.

Any help would be appreciated!
