SOLD
Here's a 1960's Hoppe Pro that looks great and plays great. 28 3/8" shaft, 28 1/2" butt. There is minor wear - a few dings, leather abrasions, but it is in nice shape. The points are even in pairs - one set is about 3mm off from the other.
I'm not sure what the story is on this cue - the Rosewood is very high quality and figured like Brazilian, but not dark enough. It does NOT have the 'Willie Hoppe' stamp and there is no evidence that it ever did - there are only remnants of the '18' weight stamp as well. The green and white label is in nice shape, with some abrasion. The shaft has just a slight bit of bend in the last six inches toward the ferrule, but does not affect play - the cue hits very solid and plays well.
