Hi all,

I'm selling this beautiful Mike Stacey cue from 1998. I'm not the original owner, but I'm fairly sure it's a conversion of a silver leaf Dufferin. I believe Dufferin referred to these butterflies as "flames". The forearm and handle are full spliced ebony, and the butt sleeve is also ebony.

The hoppe ring has a visible crack. Otherwise, the cue is clean and in good used condition. Both shaft and butt roll nice and straight.

Asking $700 500 OBO. Price includes
shipping in CONUS, Paypal or Venmo only, buyer pays any additional fees.

Butt weight: 15.8oz
Shaft weight: 3.3oz
Joint: radial pin
Tip: unknown

any comments by you on the balance of this cue- a 15.8 cue butt with only a 3.3 shaft seems like a very rear weighted cue to me, especially without a steel joint- can you please shed some light on the cue's balance point from the rear of the cue with the shaft fully attached?

See photo below. That point where my finger is is 11.5" from the joint, so a balance point of 40.5" from the tip and 17.5" from the butt.
