I've had these sitting around for a while but could never find the right cue to use them on.

EDIT: Updated pictures with the wrap off. I'm very confident they are both Westinghouse.

@mr magoo and @Baron PM's received, I'm answering here in case other's have the same question.

I was told they were both Westinghouse, the one that does not say Westinghouse is slightly lighter in color but the are the same in texture. I purchased them from a well respected cue maker out of Florida who is no longer with us.
