More and more entries are arriving daily. Remember, there are several events that do not require players to be BCA sanctioned. They are the US Open One Pocket event, ($5,000 guaranteed added) Banks, ($2,000 guaranteed added) and a 10-Ball event (added to be announced at the event). The response to the event has been brisk and we look forward to seeing you at the Plaza Hotel and Casino where there will be events for everyone.
 
Are all events double elimination. And if I remember right weren't the rooms at $39. I'm thinking about coming out for 1 or 2 events. Wish I could just say I'm coming for the whole event, but I have to wait to see my sched. For anyone interested, I found flights from Indianapolis, on Southwest at $158 roundtrip. Sam
 
As far as rooms go, I reserved my room at the Golden Nugget for the week of the tournament a few months ago. I paid in advance ( internet deal) $826. Yesterday I checked and the rates had dropped significantly. So I cancelled my reservation, paid a $25 cancellation fee and then booked the same nights for $600. I saved $200. It pays to keep on top of it!
 
The BCA tournament is NOT at The Golden Nugget it is at The Plaza (formally The Union Plaza) downtown Las Vegas. The room rates vary there.
