2013 China Open - March 25 - 31

Semifinals - Saturday
Shaun Murphy vs Mark Selby 2:30 am EDT
Neil Robertson vs Stephen Maguire 7:30 a.m. EDT
 
im watching the finals, its 5-1. Selby is missing balls by 6", sometimes he is hitting the ball on the wrong side in a couple shots. Last 3 frames were 40,40,30 minutes. Its like watching one pocket(which I enjoy). I think the jet lag, food, ???, is having a real bad effect on their standard of play. tables looks a bit slow as well. Just my observations.

I'm not sure if this Chinese market and UK market is going to hold up well, these guys aint right I watch Shawn Murphy play bad the other night(except 1 monster break), The standard of play aint there and these are the younger guys, the guys over 35 are in trouble if they keep so many events in China. Or they will have to move there, the travel IMO is hurting their standard of play.

and they are both drinking bottles of water, not just sipping it, but finishing bottles-perhaps the food didnt agree with them. something isnt right....

The evening session starts in about 25 minutes.
Robertson of late has developed the habit of getting off to a fast start, then finding ways to lose.

Earlier in the season, Stuart Bingham had to play both of these guys in one night.
Beat them both 6 - 0.
So they are both highly suspect. :D:D:D:D

thanks for the link(as always) this is the 3rd night i stayed up til 4 am, except tonight i'm staying up until i cant stand it, i like long frames and tatcitile play. break building is fun to watch but gets old like rotation pool.
