3/8x16 pin cue, who done it?

Hey All, sorry for the duplicate post (in ask the cuemaker too) but was hoping to get some additional eyes on this. Does anyone know who may have made this cue? As said in the title, has a 3/8x16 pin verified with a thread checker and some rings that look very much like a showcase. Ernie Martinez doesn't recognize it. Bender, Esoteric, and Laurie don't know either.
