3 Piece Leather Tooling Set

Hey guys,
I just bought this leather tool set from Lee at Brianna and forgot to ask him how this tool is installed...
Does anybody have a clue if it goes where the tool post is or something?

Yes they are used in your tool post and pressed into the leather while spinning in your lathe
