Frank was a great guy and a good cuemaker. He really studied a player before making a cue for him. He was a unique individual that made unique cues. Every collection should have at least one Sailor in it. He was supposed to convert a Rambo for me years ago but someone else bought the blank before I could get my order in with him in 2001-2. I regret that ever since. I will retire my collection one day, with a Sailor in it!!!
