Hello everyone. I haven't been active here for many years. I had a nice little collection of high-end cues 15 years ago but sold all but 2.
These were my designs and I never expected to sell them.
But times change. I hardly play at all anymore and my wife tells me she needs money more than I need pool cues (and I guess she's right.)
First up is one of the nicest Dishaw's you will find. This is my design that I commissioned and Dan did an amazing job. And he said it wasn't easy
I love the diamond floating points that mimic real points and how they cut through the rings into the handle
It was Dan's idea to add the floating points in the handle to make it a 30-pt
I am completely out of touch with the collectible cue market. I honestly have no idea what to ask although there is a minimum that I will accept and
I'd be happy keeping it and giving it to my nephew when he grows up.
I'm putting the initial asking price very high and I'll rely on comments from everyone to determine a more realistic price in a week or 2.
The cue is in excellent shape. I can't find any flaws to speak of.
It was not my main playing cue and probably has less than 20 hrs of play on it over the years.
I'm pretty sure its dead straight but will need to find a table to roll it to confirm that.
It comes with 2 shafts. Both with light play.
I'm in central Florida and I'd be willing to drive anywhere in the state to do an in-person deal.
Otherwise I'd probably want to have an intermediary.
Asking $5000 (for now)
If this sells for a good price, I will likely have a very nice 12-pt Paul Dayton up next.....
