Bought this as a partial maybe 6 weeks ago. Couldn't get 3/8 10 so it's tapped into wood for it, no collar.
Length: 29 to the middle of the pad.
Joint: .843
Tip: little better than 12.8
Replaced the tip with a triangle, left a layer of the original tip on there so I haven't messed with the pad at this point.
Roles good, if you get picky you might see a little movement, not sure you'll get one without it.
150 plus shipping. I figure that half of what I paid. If you don't like the joint it's a cheap partial.
