Of the box store brands, I believe jb clear weld has the highest strength at 4400 psi, devcon is 1500.

What is the best 5 Minute epoxy to use?

Use for what? 5 minute epoxy is generally something you should use as little as possible, atleast for structural stuff. For finishing it's useless.
