I dont have measurements, but its definately at least over 13mm.
The ferrule is ivory and has a fracture line, it does not affect play at all.
Has a new moori medium tip.
Shaft is dead straight.
Weight is believed to be at least 4 oz Minimum
this is the stiffest Shaft I have ever shot with, only reason for selling is I have switched my playing cue and now use a 3/8x10

If Stiff isnt your liking, dont bother, this is THE STIFFEST SHAFT I have ever played with. PERIOD !!!
