An incredible cue made by Richard Phillippi in 2001 and recently refinished by Rick this year. A solid hitter for the finesse player: 58 inches, 8 snakewood and ivory points, solid ivory flat-face joint with radial pin. Nickel-silver rings at A,B,C,D. New brown lizard wrap, ivory butt with alternating ivory and mother-of-pearl inlays.
A great cue. $1,800 or best offer. Thanks
(Photos by: Myron "Alpine9430" thanks Myron!)
Specifications:
Butt 423gm. (14.92 oz)
Shaft 1 109gm. (3.84 oz); 12.39mm
Shaft 2 104gm. (3.67 oz); 12.25mm
The cue and shafts roll dead-straight, separately and assembled. The shafts are in perfect condition and were prepared by Rick Phillippi last month; both shafts have ivory ferrells with karoomi med tips (pigskin, 13-layer) with fiber pads. The slightly thicker of the two shafts is fairly stiff and both shafts have approx a 16" straight taper...
Thanks for the inquiries. Given I'm new to the board, I'm willing to do an escrow transaction on this cue via Marcus (Fast_N_Loose)
