9 Point Southwest?

Saw this cue for sale earlier, is this whats generally known as a 9 point Southwest? The points do not have any veneers but the larger points look loke they have re-cuts, which I'm guessing would make up the 9 points?

I'm assuming these cues are quite rare, especially with an ebony forearm?

I usually call that a 6 point.
