I would like to thank everyone for the tips and pointers on how I can improve my long straight shots. I'm not sure who responded by saying to make sure I hit dead center of cb, but wow... What a huge improvement on my game. I know not every long shot permits me to hit dead center everytime(draw or follow, avoiding English on my really long shots) and to make sure I'm following through straight after I make contact with the cb. These 2 tips honestly fixed my problem completely
