Im not sure if this is the right place for this but im looking to buy a new cue soon and im looking for some opinions. I currently have a cobra professional and Meucci quantum. I have recently shot with a friends Schon and absolutely love the way it hits. What are some other cues you guys would recommend looking into?
 
You will get a ton of opinions. They are just that, opinions. In my opinion,You need to get a cue that You like. Schons are good cues and are readily avalible. Schons have a piloted steel joint and have a solid hit. If you need to spend less, and want a similar hit/constuction,look at a Joss. If you want a custom cue, the choices are almost endless. Be careful, this cue buying thing is addictive.LOL

I agree with Jeff. Nothing anyone says about a certain cue matters. The only thing that matters is how it feels to you. I also agree with Jeff that Schon cues are good cues for their price range. If you liked the Schon then I would suggest going with the Schon. You won't be making a mistake.

my first semi-custom cue was a Schon....back in the late 80's.
