A suggestion to BcN

Instead of just bitching about how dissapointed i am with BcN I'm gonna offer a suggestion. Your main cost determining the price of you online PPV is bandwidth isn't it? You also have 3 different quality settings, all of which use different amounts of bandwidth. What if instead of charging a straight price per match, you price the different quality or bandwidth settings accordingly. That way players like me with a little bit of a tighter budget could maybe choose a slightly lower quality setting. People on dialup that can't tell what balls gonna get shot next should be getting some kind of discount. They are paying the same price as the people on High-Speed but they are not getting the same show. Just offerin MHO.

I have a cable and still couldn't tell what ball was next some times. The quality just isn't that great when you try to view it full screen.....Nothing like watching an Accustat video

I am real glad they broadcast on satellite but the online product is a joke.

I emailed them several months ago because I could not get the demo to play. I did everything in the troubleshooting guide to fix the problem. I even said, very clearly, that I have tried everything their site says and it still would not work... They responded with a canned response telling me to do what I already did!! They did not even read the email and lost me as a customer.

I was going to buy the ring game if we fixed the tech problems and certainly future events...

Oh well, I DVR all their stuff when its on... It will just take longer to see, I guess...
