ABC brand table?

Working with a dealer over the phone on a used table with the "ABC" brand name. Can't find info on the web on the company - dealer says they were a California company that went out of business. Table is 5/4" solid wood, two rails in each direction underneath, 5" wide rails. Pix look good, but just unsure about the brand.

Anyone familiar - and if so - would you pick this over a 1" solid wood Brunswick in the $1500 range??
