Gremlin says this is a piece of junk, but IMO Gremlin likes to shoot off his mouth a lot. I doubt if he can even shoot pool.
I am by no means an expert player, so you may want to take my advice with a grain of salt. But it is my advice and you are welcome to try it.

Shoot directly up the table with a stroke just hard enough to bring the cueball back to where you shot from. Follow through, and let your cue stay in the follow through position. The cueball should hit the tip of your cue.
Try this with a middle hit. Then follow. Then for the tough shot...draw. Applying draw will magnify any off-center hit when you do this drill. Then try increasing the power of the stroke.
Just keep doing this drill. Do it every time you go out to shoot. Even if only for 5 or 10 minutes. You'll be able to assess your follow-through, and whether you're really hitting center ball.
Eye-dominance is a myth. Stroke trainer is not necessary. There are no shortcuts. No miracle cures. You have to shoot thousands of shots. Even gifted players practice. The important thing is that YOU practice, and do it honestly and seriously. THis has been said here and other places, many times. Learn to love drills and playing by yourself for hours.
