I am trying to add some weight to my Jacoby cue I recently purchased. There is no weight bolt in the butt and I have not really found anything as far as a kit, similiar to Predator, for adjusting weight. Would I be able to just go to the hardware store and find a same threaded bolt that could add a little? Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Only if it has the threads for it. Most production cues these days have them. My buddy just picked up a Joss that didn't have one in it but came with about 10 different sized ones.

Or you could order this. Looks like this site is out of stock on them, but they look just like the ones that went in the Joss

AD..Dave Jacoby websit has contact info. I'm sure Sarah or Abbie could take care of your needs. I have found them very helpfull.

That set screw can be bought at the hardware store, this is what most cuemakers use, and you will need the right Allen wrench.

I called up Seyberts and they said they did have some in stock. $22 dollars for a couple different bolts and the allen key. Thanks for all the input.
