AE Cue - Help with value

I'm kinda new to AZ but have been following the threads since I first logged on. You guys really have some awesome cues and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was wondering if someone could help me determine the approx. value of my AE cue. I purchased it 8 years ago from the original owner and was told it may be collectable because of the engraved "aardvark" on the but plate. Evidently, not many fo their cues had this logo. I would sure appreciate any input you could give me as I have the itch for a new 'war club'. Thank you in advance, Lanny.

Here are the specs:

forearm - 4 ebony points into curly maple with light ebony diamond inlays each with 5 diamonds within
butt sleeve - ebony with matching inlays
5/16-14 SS piloted joint
12.5mm & 12mm shafts w/ ivory ferrules & ans ivory butt cap
fancy ring work @ A, B, C, D
19 OZ. w/ forward balance @ 19" from butt cap
cue is in excellent 'played' condition with only minor scratches on the bottom of the butt cap (see picture)

Nice looking cue. I know that they used the Aardvark logo for a short time in the very beginning. I don't think they made very many cues marked like that. As far as collectibility, I know most AE's are fairly collectable and are great cues (fit, finish, and playability) Not sure how much more (if any) the early cues bring).

Unfortunatley it's a terrible time to be selling cues, great for buyers but bad for sellers. I don't know if you are interested in selling or not but it could be worth more when the market turns around.

Thank you for the nice words. I do have some interest in selling as I want to go to somethinga little less fancy. I'm really starting to like the 'Hoppe' style designs. Th cue plays so well for me that I sometimes feel I'm at cross purposes though.
