Dunno anything about league but in terms of pool halls, check out Buzzy's Billiards, on Union Boulevard in Allentown, and Gallery Billiards in Easton PA. which is east of Allentown and Bethlehem.
There used to be a place down the street from Buzzy's called Boulevard Billiards, but I have no idea if that's still there anymore.
