Checked this out with thoughts of a nice pool playing vacation.
$100 entry....no added money....prize money based on 256 entries....heres the kicker.....only 16 places paid....13th-16th get $150. WOW!!!

You could play great and finish ahead of 230+ players and get zip.

I dont think I've ever seen a tournament that pays 6.25% of the field. I guess they really need to top load the money to attract the pros...$10,000 for first.

It's funny, there is no money being added to this event

Actually, the official site advertises a payout of $25,600 but when you add up the payouts it only totals $24,350....I certainly hope their not taking money away from the players to make a profit

Trust me- get to this tourney if you can- put up your $100, get knocked out as fast as possible- hell, forfeit- enjoy the social climate. You won't regret it!
