Anniversary Rails

I have a set of mica covered rails from a 9' Anniversary that were messed by a furniture refinisher. Anyone out there who can reface them? or repair the mica finish? Help appreciated.

He's restored a Gold Crown 1 for me and he's done a masterful job. He also converted a Gold Crown light I found into LED. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.

Thanks......but this guys been getting his rails done for 5 or 6 yrs now.
I’ve spoke with him on the phone 10 times.
I don’t believe he really wants the rails done or new ones
