i'm the proud owner of an fullsplice cue done by Darrin Hill.
Fullsplice cues are my favorite cues and i was happy seeing Darrin selling some a few month ago. I bought a eboy into padauk and it's my daily player for some weeks now.
This cue hits great with very much feedback. Low deflection and great control of the cue ball. This is the first cue for a long time, on which i'm not playing my Predator 314 shaft. It gives really easy action to the cue ball.
But there's a little story behind the deal with Darrin. I ordered the cue as posted in the for sale area. After opening the parcel (which was packed very very well) at the customs office (i'm located in Germany) i was very surprised finding two shafts in there. There was a little note from Darrin which said, that he found a little roll out at the original shaft (belive me its a very little roll out, which doesn't affect playing in any way) before sending it to me. So he built me a second one without any costs for me, not even talking about with me.
This is top notch customer service!!!
Darrin is one of the best guys around to deal with and his cues belong to the greatest hitting cues i know!
