A little late on writing this up but I wanted to share a short story on the recent season in The Flatland Pool League, which is ran out of Fargo Billiards and Gastropub. Mike Page, the Owner, runs 3 different leagues for all skill levels; Mondays, which is a Beginner League; Tuesday for Intermediate level players and a Thursday Advanced to Master level league. These leagues all have rating limits, using the Fargo Rating system (great system for maintaining level teams.) The Flatland Pool League is has seen an increase in teams each year, with this years numbers at 47 teams between the 3 leagues, awesome! 9 teams for Monday, 18 on Tuesday and 20 on Thursday. Each league had a very tight race that came down to the final match to declare a league champion. I have included pictures of the champions from each league. My team won the Tuesday league by one single ball, it was great finish to a fun year! Please share your league story, pictures.
