I was wondering about wrap options. Could an Irish Linen wrap be replaced with a super thin veneer of wood? Has any one tried this on a cue that is already complete? Can A cuemaker install a stacked wrap or do I have to send it to Tiger Products and how do these hold up? I have a cue I like but I'm not a huge fan of linen wraps.

A lot of people can do stack wraps. Steve Lomax is pretty good at it. I am fair at it but have not done enough of them to get really good at it. A thin veneer could be wrapped around, but I doubt it has been done much as wood without a seam could have been there without the hassle by not putting a wrap on it in the first place.
