I will be purchasing a Brunswick Dakota II 8 foot table in the near future, does anyone have any experience with them and are they good tables? What are you likes and dislikes and is it considered a cheap table? Thanks in advance.

Also, what is a good size room for an 8 footer? I see some sites saying 14'x18'.

14x18 is minimum....but you''ll feel crowded and not inclined to spend a lot of time.

.....and I've always been a bit leery about Brunswick's minor brands.....
........I'd keep looking, if I were you.

Darn, the width between the long rail walls are 13 ft. 10 inches, it'll be a tight squeeze, but definitely more than 18ft in length for the short rails. My backstroke might suffer if the cue ball is on the long rail -_-

And it's the cheapest one I could find right now which includes moving and assembly. Not too many good 9 footers on craigslist.

Thanks for the response.

have andy pro, simonies 860, championship pro cloth put on for great play. table should have super speed rails, the best and make sure rubber is soft.
