Any Help Identifying Would be Appreciated

I recently came into ownership of this cue, but I have no information on it. I would appreciate any information that anyone could give me to help identify it. The wrap is covered, and it has a very large pin. I thought it was a Meucci, but I never knew them to use a pin this large.
