Any instruction resources available for playing with an upright stance?

I can still get pretty low but not for more than a dozen balls.
Maybe I'll start playing 3 ball 1P.
Old age sucks, but beats the alternative. Keep those tips coming in.
i have a nasty case of arthritis & stenosis on my neck & back of my head. At my best my chin would touch the cue. Old age does blow but we're still in Jr. High School👍

GC, a few years ago I added a Valley 88 to my basement pool room. It sits next to the GCIV. Because of crowding I started training with 9 ball-8 ball. 4 solids 4 striped 8 centered. It's a form of solo entertainment. Plus I can claim a runout (sometimes) before my back gets creaky.

1 ball one pocket is alot of fun
3 ball one pocket is a great learning game
one pocket with 9 balls ...first to 5 wins
or play normal 1 pocket but play the first 4(pick your number) wins
as an aside
i once saw a you tube video of bucktooth if i remember right looking to gamble with a great player for a thousand a game
but the game was
the great player won when he scored 2 balls and bucktooth won when he made 1 ball !!!!!
