Try this one member "Briangip202" he had one a week ago he offered me when I was looking for a Oldies 1 series.
here's the like to his post.
"I have a new HP-1 only used to test hit a rack. And is similar cue. Bought it for a friend and now he can't pay. It has the black dot shaft. I will do it for $250 shipped if you like that cue. Thanks Brian"
