0-6 = Small. My wife wears a Small panty or size 5. She would wear those to sleep in if they had a matching tank top. Everything she has, must match. Whenever i buy her Lingerie i make sure the Bra & Panty match, or if i get her a little short nighty, it has to come with a matching G-string, Thong or Bikini panty bottom.:)
