Any VA?MD tourneys tonight

Are there any small tourneys going on tonight that might have some action afterwards? I'm loking for a place to play some tonight, but am new to Northern VA and not sure where to play.

Call Fast Eddies in Alexandria, VA. They have (had?) a Friday Nite tourney, $20 entry, double elim, start @8.

You should be able to get some action there, but they close@ 2 and the tourney doesn't end 'till near that, so jack it up!

AW MAN!!! You are running around my old training grounds If you are in The Woodbridge area I could tell you some awsome places to go play. Brittanys sports bar on Old Bridge road has a good Tourny on Mondays. Only two tables but always good players. Gators billiards has leauges almost everyweeknight so its not that hard to pickup a game with someone afterwords. Club east coast AKA eastcoast billiards used to have the best action. Man there are tons of places to play around there you just have to get out and meet some people. Have Fun

It has been a while since you've been around!! I think East Coast is dead as the dead sea...Brittany's is a helluva grind- tables are crap, 1 game tourney, 'bout a million players, so you won't shoot a ball if it isn't match play.

Perhaps it is just me, but fading that bar scene for 5 hours to play a few games (and maybe win $150) holds no allure...

Laurel, MD is not too far as long as you don't try to get up there during the afternoon/ evening rush hour. I'd suggest USA Billiards. If there's no game there, you can go a mile down the street and feed the horses. They'll shouw you all the gamble you can handle!

Man that really makes me sad. Eastcoast used to be the place to play. Right there on route 1. I used to have to sneak into Brittanys because I was underage And had to have someone pose as my uncle. I still cant wait to go back and visit though

Hey Max, where you at. I grew up in Alexandria and am about an hour away in Leesburg. There are a ton of pool halls in the area. There are probably about 55 of them in a 50 mile radius. Champions in Frederick, MD. is one of the nicest. For action, maybe First Break Cafe in Sterling after 10 PM. I play one hole every Saturday at Breakers Billiards in Herndon. You PM me a number and I will call ya.
