Anybody Ever Have Two Tables?

Just wondering if anybody has or has had in the past two pool tables in their home? As everyone knows I have a Gold Crown IV in my basement. I also have a detached 3-car garage with a 1,000 sq ft living quarters above it that I've rented in the past. However, I'm done with renters. Recent renters have been so bad that police got involved with three of them. On one occasion the place was torn up by a renter. Another occasion a renter was arrested and went to jail for theft and burglary. Then was later killed in a car wreck. No more renters for me. Currently I rent the place to my neighbors for storage and everything is fine.

Having said all of this, if they don't want to renew for another year I am seriously thinking about having a Diamond Professional table put in my upstairs garage apartment. That's why I was asking about being able to Build Your Own Diamond in the other thread. I might as well put the place to good use and I can't imagine anything better than having both a Gold Crown and a Diamond to play on.

Anybody ever have two home tables at once?

I would if I could. I have a 7' in the living room. And I have room in the garage but I want to keep it a garage. If I change my mind I would put a new 9' brunswick in there. My buddy put a new 9' tournament edition in his house. So jealous.

My Diamond 9' is at a buddy's house alongside a 7' Diamond. There used to be 3 sevens and one 9, that was a lot of fun. We held tournaments and even played league out of there.

No, but for about 5 years I had a huge apartment above a pool room that had a dialed in GC4. Then I could walk down the back stairs and into the room full of GC’s, it was quite the edge.

Not in the same house ...however a GC4 and a Diamond Professional. Sound familiar? If in the same house ...the 2nd table would be a Bumper Pool table.

can your second floor hold the Diamond and keep it level??? That would be my concern, not so much on a concrete slab floor.

Yes, I used to have my Gold Crown IV in there when I was living there. There are seven (7) extra floor joists in the area where the table would go.

Never had a problem, not even with being level.

Not sure what you mean here???

I've had two tables in my basement for about 12 years now. A 9-foot 1964 AMF Grand Prix (Gold Crown copy) and a 7' bar box.
