Anybody heard of Joe Efer Q cases

I have a tooled leather 2X4 cowboy style cue case marked J Efer Q cases or possibly Joe Efer Q cases. It looks old. Does anybody know when these cases were made?

It's J E F and stands for Jay Flowers. Made in the 80's. Collectible. Jay pretty much started the tube cases as we know them today.

Thankyou very much John. Nobody I showed it to locally knew what it was. Its going on ebay tomorrow night. I will be listing it in the buy and sell section of this forum with a link to to the auction.
