Anyone ever had dealings with this Dealer ?

Was considering placing an order the other day, before I read the Terms of Sale.

Curious if anyone has had any dealing with this dealers, as the Terms of Sale seem quite strange to me compared with most mail order/net dealers I have dealt with in the past.

After reading the Terms of Sale I shied away from ordering.

My experience has been a very good one. Bought 3 cues, 2 cases, and will be working with Roy on personal custom cues from both Mike Bender and Bill Schick.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Roy. I have bought numerous cues and cases off of him over the years. He is always willing to answer any questions that you might have regarding cues. I consider him a close personal friend and would recommend him to anyone looking for a cue.

I have been to Roy's shop, and purchased one lower end cue from him. There was nothing that would stop me from dealing with him again.

What in his terms of sale is it that you didnt like? Seems to me he was just making sure everything is understood up front, which is a good thing.

Totally beat up for $10 and maybe months of recovery time. But he is up to the task of trying to fill orders for anyone who wants a cue. He has a very good selection of quality cues in inventory.

I'm not exactly sure what happened to his arm, but i think it was a birth defect. Not sure this is the right place to discuss this, so i apologize if someone takes offense.
I've been to his shop a few times, he's a very nice guy and has alot of cues to choose from.
You say they cracked him for $10.00? I'm sure they don't read AZ but if so i have $20.00(thats 2 rocks you girls can get) if they'd like to take a crack at it. Couple of sissies!
