Anyone going to US Open?

I'm going. Can't think of anybody who would want to miss it. It's a pretty hallmark pool event.

Are you ging to play or just to watch? I am really keen to go, but I'm finding little time to practice at the moment and I know the standard will be about as good as it gets. Considering going though just for the experience, what are th conditions like?
 
I am going to watch, but I am going there with a player who will compete. I went last year, and it was one of the best events I can remember.

All the folks there are pool folks, and it's a great place to network, see top players competing under pressure, and shop at the numerous vendors who all come to the U.S. Open mecca. Who will the winner of the 2003 U.S. Open be? Keep practicing and come on down because it could be you.

i will be there cant wait.......... this will make my second one. I love it and i cant wait till Jan. for the Derby Classic......
 
Is there a website for the U S Open? Or, a site by the folks that put in on?

I never miss it! it's the greatest venue in pool, no comparison anywheres except maybe Cardiff, but not sure, because I've never been, just have tapes of it!
Great seating arrangements, great view from any seat, and a first class event!
 
I went last year and it was tremendous.Will attend this year also if possible.
