UPDATE: They got back and apologized for the delay and said they were at BCA Vegas. They wanted me to pack up the entire cue and give them the dimensions of the package so they can get me a return label.

I'm been trying to get my cue covered under warranty and I've sent emails, filled out the warranty form and called. They say they'll get in touch within 3 days and it's been a couple of weeks now.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

To activate the Cuetec warranty, register the cue on our website within 60 days of purchase. Our limited lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the cue and is not transferable. The cue must be purchased through an authorized Cuetec dealer. Please do not make warranty claims directly to Cuetec or Imperial International, the agent for Cuetec in the United States. Warranty claims start with the dealer where the cue was purchased. In the unlikely event you discover a flaw in your cue, do not attempt to repair it. The dealer will contact Cuetec or Imperial International for a resolution.

Imperial International reserves the right to repair or replace the cue at their discretion. Cuetec Cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects. The warranty covers all manufacturer and material defects including warpage. True Cuetec Cue straightness is determined by sighting the cue as opposed to rolling it on a pool table. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items like, but not limited to, tips, ferrules, rubber bumpers, finish, and wraps or grips. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or mishandling of the cue. It is void if the cue is modified or if improper maintenance is performed.

I think that's old and not updated. There's a warranty site / survey you fill you and they tell you you'll hear back in 3 business days. I went through Pooldawg who also told me I need to go direct to Cuetec and I've always had great service with Pooldawg so I trust what they're saying.

if you bought it from pooldawg even though the warranty says otherwise. if he is a dealer for them he can at least guide you through this and not dump you on them alone.

they haven't responded as they say, so as your dealer he needs to protect his customers.

Yeah that info must be old. I cleared out all my history & website data on my phone & did a google search for Cuetec cues.

Hit the result that said Cuetec.com & under Help it says Warranty. Clicking on Warranty it gives all the information I copied & pasted.

About two weeks ago I contacted PoolDawg for a Jacoby break shaft I was interested in purchasing. They came back with a 10-12 week lead time after supposedly talking to their Jacoby rep. I called Jacoby directly & had the shaft in my hands in 3 days.

What I am telling you is get back with PoolDawg, have them contact Cuetec & get a resolution to your problem.

Otherwise just wait around to hear back.
