Does anyone has Jerry Rauenzahn custom cue? I consider to order one. But I don't know How about the hit and How about its looking?
Anyone know the Jerry Rauenzahn custom cue

A person I shoot with has 2 of Jerry's cues, one is a Titlist Conversion, and the other is a custom real similar to the burl and maple one on this page http://www.cueaddicts.com/other2.htm I think the things I don't like on the custom are the fault of the customer asking too much intricacy from someone who uses a pantograph for inlays. They are just small imperfections, like he has ebony bordered ivory diamonds, and the ivory diamonds aren't centered in the border on some very small diamonds at the top of his points. The bigger ones are good on the butt, but the small ones must have been a biatch to do. If you're looking for a nice simple cues with some veneers, nice wood, good wrap work, and simple inlays, he makes a nice looking cue. I have a hard time judging the hit of other cues because I have played with a Predator since the day I started, and nothing else feels right. He likes it though, and he can choose from an original Balabushka and a real nice butterfly spliced PFD. But he likes all of them and says they all feel the same to him, so his opinion may not be too critical. Hope this helps.
