thank you so much! i live in sort of a pool desert, so need to travel for stuff. Albany area is one hour from me.

That’s quite a range. Have you called Ivory Billiards in Holyoke, Lucchessi Billiard Supplies in Springfield, and Pool Table Magic in Windsor Locks, CT?

albany area is the easiest for me. I did call lucchessi. They said they cant do it same day. I have not called ivory.
 
I found his card and sent pictures your way. There are a handful of local guys that do tips and repair in the Albany area, but Ray is certainly one of the more main stream guys and has been doing it for many years.

im actually going to a guys house today in E. greenbush. I will definitely save your info though for future needs. I am on a decent size league and frequently know people that need tip work, and they are in the same position as me.....there is nobody here in town that does it. Are you interested in referrals when I hear players needing tips? or do you prefer for me to just keep your contact info to myself? Thanks for the response.
