That bit about cues "specifically designed" for jump shots is kinda vague still.
Does that preclude using a break/jump cue to jump with, even if you don't break it down, because even though it's built for breaking, it's also "specifically" built for jumping?
The "can't break down the cue" rule could also be interpreted as breaking down a normal cue, and attempting to use just the shaft part to jump with.
