APA league in Jacksonville, North Carolina?

To those in that area, is there an APA league in Jacksonville NC? Asking for a friend who lives there and wanted to join one.

Also tell your friend to visit Breaktime Billiards on College Road in Wilmington...they've got great weekly tournaments with a lot of strong players. He'll find some of the strongest players for many miles around there. Lots of action if he wants it, if not, plenty of room to play. They've got handicapped and straight up tournaments.
