This is a question for league operators or people who are up to speed with player ratings...
I have been watching a player he is rated a ( 5 ) ..... for the past 8 months he has played in at least 2 APA handicaped tournaments a month. he has won every one but 2, as a 5.... and the other 2 he has placed 2nd. Now he is going outside of his APA area playing as a ( 5 ) and winning. I am sorry but a player that is winning at that % as a 5 should be rated at least a 6 or a 7..... I have only tracked him for 8 months but I think this is upside down. He is taking advantage of this low rating and taken around $1,300.00 and is now qualifing for tournaments that will pay big.... as a 5 he just won $750.00 with 5's, 6's and 7's. I am just curious what the thoughts out in AZ land are...... www.cuetimes.com has all this in print.......
