211

211 is the name of a game played on the Behind the Rock Tour. The short short version is that it's a weekly nationwide week long tournament where you play 11 games of 10 ball against the ghost. You can read more about it on www.behindtherocktour.com With the number of rooms participating in the tour the weekly pots are growing. I'm super excited about it.

It is indeed. The more that come on board the bigger the pot gets --- cah-ching! 211 helps your game, the halls, and the sport.

1. People will be playing the ghost more often which will improve their game.

2. Pool halls will increase business by endorsing and promoting 211 to their customers.

3. This new concept is something that has got people interested in 10-Ball and the sport in general in this area -- a boost in the arm! If it can do that here, it can do it anywhere!

I recommend everyone tune into this one and see first hand what it is all about and do our sport a favor --> pass the stream link and info to all your friends on Facebook etc.

<Deby: I sent some GREEN your way.>

I tried getting something going with this locally, but there's a lot of hesitation about the payout schedule, at least from what I can tell. And of course, honesty. I think only the younger (or serious) generation of players are willing go in on it. Poolhall junkies are too skeptical.

Thanks for the support Bob! We'll catch you on the stream in a couple of hours.

I failed to mention in my first post that I am interested in the BTR tour and wish it much success. Maybe this will help it along. :)
